Slea Head Photo And Sightseeing Tour

This 3½ hour photography and sightseeing tour follows the Slea Head Drive section of The Wild Atlantic Way around the Dingle Peninsula, exploring some of the very best and most accessible coastal scenery that Ireland has to offer. Together, we explore the views from Slea Head, Coumeenoole Strand, Dunquin Pier and Clogher, as well as a few of George’s favourite photo spots in this iconic landscape. There’s also the opportunity to visit some of the beehive huts, stone forts and other antiquities that dot the Dingle Peninsula. This tour concludes with a visit to the 9th century Gallarus Oratory as well as the ancient ecclesiastical site and standing stones at Kilmalkedar.

Our minibus picks you up in Dingle, at your accommodation or at a prearranged meeting point, and takes you from place to place through the amazing scenery west of Dingle. As we travel between locations we’ll take some of the smaller back roads which wind and amble through the rural heart of the peninsula, stopping to take in some outstanding vistas that are never seen from the main roads.
