Magic Hours Experience

During this evening photography and sightseeing tour of the Slea Head Drive, we leave Dingle well before sunset, heading towards the ocean to savour the softer, more colourful light of the early evening. Here the Atlantic Ocean meets the edge of the Dingle Peninsula in a series of spectacular views over the Blasket Islands. We stop along the way to appreciate the atmospheric ruins, walk on sandy beaches and investigate the dramatic rocky coastline. During our tour we’ll also take some of the smaller backroads and farm tracks which lead to some fabulous beaches, coves and cliffs, all with outstanding views that are never seen from the main roads. Towards the end of the tour, we’ll pick an excellent location along the Wild Atlantic Way to capture a touch of colour, and even a fabulous sunset to end the day.

Our minibus picks you up in Dingle, at your accommodation or at a prearranged meeting point, and takes you from place to place through the amazing scenery west of Dingle. As we travel between locations we’ll take some of the smaller back roads which wind and amble through the rural heart of the peninsula, stopping to take in some outstanding vistas that are never seen from the main roads.

With ongoing photography tuition and assistance with composition, lighting and balance, we’ll ensure you capture some great images to remember your visit to Dingle.
